Welcome to NC Play! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NC Play mobile application and website (collectively, the "App"), provided by NC Play, Inc. • - Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App;
• - Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose;
• - Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the App;
• - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, or our computer systems or networks.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content, features, and functionality available through the App, including but not limited to music, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of NC Play or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content: By using the App, you grant NC Play a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any content you post or submit through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NC PLAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
